Kamila’s Dog Training, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
Training Sessions
-
Initial 1-to-1 training sessions may last up to 2 hours. Subsequent sessions may last up to 1 hour, measured from arrival to departure. Session duration is flexible and based on quality, welfare and learning outcomes rather than time alone.
-
With the Client’s consent, dogs, owners and family members may be photographed or video recorded for training records, educational purposes, and marketing (including website and social media).
If you do not consent, you must notify Kamila’s Dog Training in writing before the session. -
Kamila’s Dog Training does not guarantee specific results. Behaviour change depends on multiple factors, including (but not limited to): the dog’s history, temperament, breed traits, environment, consistency of training, management, and the Client’s commitment.
Kamila’s Dog Training guarantees the professional standard and ethical delivery of services.
Training Policy
-
By enrolling a dog, the Client confirms acceptance of all policies.
-
If the Client breaches any policy, Kamila’s Dog Training reserves the right to cancel sessions, packages or classes without refund, where safety, welfare or professional integrity is compromised.

DOG HEALTH, BEHAVIOUR & RESPONSIBILITY
-
The Client confirms full disclosure of their dog’s behavioural history, including aggression, fear, anxiety or previous incidents.
Dogs deemed unsuitable for group settings must not be booked into group classes. -
Kamila’s Dog Training reserves the right to refuse or terminate services immediately if a dog is assessed as unsuitable, unsafe or beyond the scope of the booked service.
-
The Client is fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times, including off-lead and in public spaces.
-
Female dogs in season may not attend group sessions for a minimum of 4 weeks, unless otherwise agreed. Where available, online alternatives may be offered.
-
Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, tick and worming treatments.
-
Dogs showing signs of fleas, ticks or lice may be excluded from sessions immediately until veterinary clearance is provided.
-
Group classes involve inherent risk of disease transmission (including kennel cough). Vaccination reduces but does not eliminate risk. Attendance is at the Client’s own risk, and Kamila’s Dog Training accepts no liability for illness contracted.
-
Kamila’s Dog Training is not liable for injury, illness, loss or death of a dog during sessions, except where required by law.

GROUP CLASSES – SUITABILITY & LIABILITY
-
By enrolling a dog in any group class, pack walk or group programme, the Client confirms that their dog is suitable for a group environment, is human-friendly, and does not pose a known risk to people or other dogs.
-
The Client confirms that they have fully disclosed any history of aggression, biting, snapping, fear-based behaviour or incidents involving people or other dogs before booking.
-
Kamila’s Dog Training reserves the right to refuse or immediately remove any dog from a group session if, in the professional judgement of the Dog Trainer or Canine Behaviour Consultant, the dog is deemed unsafe, unsuitable or causing distress to others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
-
The Client accepts full responsibility for their dog’s behaviour at all times during group classes, including any injury, damage or harm caused to people, dogs or property by their dog.
-
Kamila’s Dog Training shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage caused by a Client’s dog to any third party during group sessions, pack walks or group programmes.
-
By attending group classes, the Client agrees that participation is at their own risk and that responsibility for their dog’s actions remains solely with the owner or handler.

Payment is required in advance, within 7 days of the invoice or by the specified invoice date.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours or non-attendance will be charged in full.
-
Cancellations within 5 hours of payment are eligible for a refund minus a £10 admin fee.
-
No refunds will be issued once access to online materials or digital content has been granted.
-
Kamila’s Dog Training reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions where necessary. Where possible, sessions will be rearranged; otherwise, a refund may be issued.
